Food is good. Ambience is good. A well maintained resort with swimming pool. One suggestion is that they should provide swimming accessories as guest may like to swim and it's bathroom can be more sophisticated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort for a office trip, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The resort itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect place. However, what made this resort truly exceptional was the exceptional behavior of the staff. Throughout my time at the resort, I had the opportunity to interact with various members of the staff, and their behavior was consistently outstanding. Whether it was the attentive waitstaff at the restaurant or the friendly concierge who went above, every team member displayed a high level of professionalism and customer service. The housekeeping staff also deserves special mention for their attention to detail. My room was always impeccably clean and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff behavior. They were always polite and attentive.

Location wise it's the best but the rooms are not that great. Especially the tent they are great for ambience.

Rude behaviour of staff, specially restaurant manager. Ordered and served food mismatch. If you are coming for a lavish experience with good service , this is not a place to be, also location is very far away with no facility of commute.

Rooms: Decent enough Service: No friendly behaviour...they don't even take the genuine feedback Location: Away from Phalodi, their Cab service is also unreliable

Good resort..excellent food..!! Tried Hara Bhara Kabab in snacks and Khade Palak Ki Sabzi in main course...it was exceptionally palatable..!!
